OFFBRAND is a brand-only community for people who work at DTC and CPG brands. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. The short version: we don't sell your data, and vendors never get your name or contact details.
What we collect
- When you apply: your name, work email, brand, role, LinkedIn profile, city, and your answers to the application questions.
- When you subscribe: your email address.
- When you contact us: your name, email, brand (optional), and your message.
- When you're a member: what you post in the community and your profile details.
- When you visit the site: basic usage data, like pages viewed and the site that sent you, to understand what's working.
Why we collect it
- To review applications and keep the community brand-only.
- To run the community: profiles, the member directory, matchups, and city chats.
- To send you emails you've signed up for. Marketing emails are opt-in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
- To reply to your messages and improve the site.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal information.
- Give vendors or partners your name, email, or contact details. Partners only see aggregated numbers, like how many people viewed or clicked a listing. If you choose to contact a partner or request a quote, you're sharing your details with them directly.

Who helps us run OFFBRAND
We use a small number of trusted services to operate: our community platform (Heartbeat), our application forms (Tally), our newsletter platform, our website host, and our email provider. They process your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep application details while you're a member or while your application is under review, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your information anytime and we will, unless we need to keep something by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails, anytime. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or message us through the contact page.
Who can join
OFFBRAND is for working professionals aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and let members know.
